Non-Tidal Docking Structure Registration Form: Voluntary registration allows owners to repair or replace legally existing docking structures in non-tidal waters without having to file for a wetlands permit if a set of minimum requirements are met. Routine Roadway Maintenance Registration (RRMR) Forms: Nine minimum impact routine roadway maintenance activities may be undertaken under RRMRs.
